Report a Crime

The Nassau County District Attorney’s Criminal Complaints Unit takes reports of crimes for investigation by our office. In an emergency, always call 911. While we usually welcome in-person reports, our office is currently closed to the public to protect those we serve as well as our staff from the coronavirus. However, our prosecutors, investigators and staff are available to accept crime reports by email and phone.
